Adam was great! He came back 3 times to get us all back up and running. He was very professional yet personable. We feel very lucky to have had his services and so quickly after the devastation of Helene. His household didn't even have their power back yet, but he was out here making sure we got our water back. I had a real HVAC emergency and a young man named Jackson came out to the site. He was great. This young man was knowledgeable and professional. he was there all day doing calculations such a thorough job when it was over. I was so happy with the customer service the responsiveness they were able to come out and set an appointment in a couple of days, a really great experience All around

Noah did a 5 star job. He was very polite and respectful. Very knowledgeable. Would recommend Noah to anyone.Adam did a 5 star job explaining everything that would need to be done for our plumbing request. He said he would get us an estimate today or tomorrow. I appreciate how respectful and kind he was.I would also like to thank Amanda for all her help and for keeping us updated. She is very kind and professional. 5 stars for her as well.

We had a water heater about to go out on us and we needed a new hose spigot put in. Sean Connolly was the technician that came out and it was pretty late in the day but he still came by and spent over an hour showing me exactly what needed to be fixed including some things that I didn’t even see. He had loads of patience while I applied for financing and made sure to schedule the service the next available day. Once he came to the house it only took him about 3-3 1/2 hours to put everything in, take photos, take away the old water heater by himself ( that he ended up not being able to drain so I know it was real heavy), insulated the pipes, put in the new spigot, and then showed me every single thing to make sure I was more than good to go once he left. I would recommend Jays %100 percent of the way especially if you have the luck of getting Sean.

I have now had both HVAC and plumbing done through Jays. Jackson and the HVAC team were great despite the complications of my strange house.There were some struggles regarding plumbing however the company was quick to resolve the issue at hand. Adam came out the next day and got everything in order, explained everything clearly, and was super kind.Despite a few hiccups, I still would highly recommend this company. The workers have all been very professional, kind, and upfront. Yes, the prices may seem steep, but you get what you pay for when it comes to house maintenance.

Noah was incredible! He was diligent and made sure that every one of my concerns were addressed. He set up an estimate for us and even gave us options on replacement parts. Absolutely would recommend him to anyone!Jackson was also just as wonderful. Super knowledgeable and respectful. He made sure we got exactly what we needed for our home.

Maddox did a great job of taking care of my 6 month service. He cleaned out the drain pipes and made sure everything was in good working order. Maddox was clean, friendly, and very polite. Jay’s gives excellent service.

Koby came out to service our systems for their normal annual maintenance. This is our first experience with them since we just had them installed last year and even though we had a bumpy ride in the beginning with Jays, I’m happy to tell potential new Customers that their technical services are superb. Maybe this is just Kobe but yet he does represent the company, glad he was our technician. He was very professional and thorough. I appreciate that I am a finance Auditor.Kobe thank you for being awesome. I was provided with a detailed explanations and pictures. He provided recommendations for some issues that were noticed. We agreed to go with the options provided. It was a pleasant surprise that he had everything he needed to take care of the job right there and then. A detailed report was provided via email after the job, which is something I have never been provided. Definitely a place you want to call and consider for your next job.Bianca

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don't usually do reviews but I felt I really needed to with them because they are so amazing. I recently moved to a house in Rocky Gap and after moving in we discovered several issues with the house. After looking at reviews, I called Jay's. I didn't have to wait very long to get someone out here and when I did, I was glad I went with them! Adam came out for plumbing and Noah and Jackson came for HVAC - Noah for repairs, Jackson for an estimate on a new system. They all were very kind and knowledgeable. They all presented me with multiple options on solutions to fix the weird situations going on in the house with varies price options. They explained everything in detail and were open and honest about what could be done. While they were all very professional, it also felt like talking to actual people who care and understand how hard house maintenance/life can be and not just people simply doing their jobs. I would give all 3 of these guys 10 stars if I could. If you've got plumbing or hvac issues - call them. You won't regret it!
