Ceth was here March 18 to service our furnace.He explained everything to us and did a good job. I would recommend Jay's Heating and Air to everyone I know. We had it installed 1 1/2 years ago and we are very happy with the furnace and the way they take care of the unit. He let us know what is recommended for our unit and the fact I have severe allergies and what can be installed to help control them. Chris was amazing. He came out same day, looked at our issue, discussed our options and gave us an estimate. We decided to go ahead and fix the issue and Chris stayed until the job was done, which was about 9pm, so we could use our sink. The first thing I would say about this Company they are the nicest people I have met in a long time. There installers are very knowledgeable and very professional and they even clean up after themselves where as some other companies leave their trash everywhere. Noah the service technician, was very knowledgeable about the process and the systems he was working on. Noah is a very respectful man who is welcome in my house anytime. If I were younger I would love to work with him and learn from him.

Wonderful, polite and knowledgeable. I barely knew they were even there. They left no trace of work being done, so i didnt have to clean up after them and they built a beautiful base for the hvac systems outside. It looks like part of the landscaping! I love it! They even played with my pups. They walked me through the new touch screen thermostats and explained as they showed me the new systems in the house. They are doing a plumbing job for me at another location. I highly recommend this company. They are now my only go too for all my future hvac and plumbing needs. I support small local businesses and give this one 10 thumbs up and better then 5 stars!

Jared was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The evaluation of our system was very thorough and we like that he made photos of the inner workings of the system and even the chimney to show us his findings. Great first time experience with Jay's Heating, Air & Plumbing. The customer service was excellent when I first called for service, and the follow-up texts and emails kept me updated (great communication). The technician (Maddox Bowman) was professional, polite, friendly, and very detailed. He sat with me to explain everything he serviced in the inside and outside units, took several pictures, and emailed the final report. Honestly, not what I was expecting based on my experience with other companies, so I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with the results. I'm a first time home owner,this man was referred to me by a friend after several ridiculous quotes.Jay and his team came in and repaired what was pre existing problems in my home. He was knowledgeable enough to troubleshoot what was going to be a problem in my system instead of milking me for future services.I am ahead of the game in my opinion.Integrity is doing the right thing when when nobody is looking, and in my honest opinion he did provided the best service honestly an ignorant person could ask for.I won't trash other companies to make my point.I will say if you want a job well done use this company.

Reached out to them through the Costco program. They are very thorough and definitely offer a great quality of service. Their price was significantly higher than expected for our job, but I would still keep them in mind for the future, because I know their approach to designing the proper system for the home is great.

We made an appointment request on the website Saturday and Jared came out on Monday. It was our first time using Jay's but we will definitely be calling them anytime we need something. Jared was great! He was very thorough, showed my husband pictures of the unit in the crawlspace that we couldn't get into, and explained everything very well. He had the truck very well stocked and the one part he didn't have, he was able to get a service manager to bring it out to him instead of having to leave and come back another day-we live about 45 minutes from Mt. Airy. Our unit is 15 years old, but Jared respected our wishes to repair the unit instead of getting a new unit and wasn't pushy trying to sell us a new one. He explained the services needed and the cost very well and answered all of my husband's questions directly instead of just trying to push a sale. He was able to do the repairs quickly and our unit is working great now! Highly recommend giving them a call!

Jackson and Mo showed up on time, were knowledgeable and professional and were awesome!! We had 2 homes and 2 out buildings in need of heat and air solutions. I loved that they listened to what we wanted and needed and didn't try to upsell us to something we don't want. They looked at out priorities for each space and even asked what temperature we keep our areas at.They looked at the spaces we need to hear and cool, measured accurately the whole space, worked with us to get ideas of where we want units to go and discussed options. After getting a few quotes from other companies, I had a couple people recommend Jay’s, so I gave them a call and they came out to give me a quote. I was impressed with how fast they were able to get here, Josh was very professional and super friendly, while he was gathering everything he needed to give me a quote, I got online and looked up some of the reviews.. which were all pretty great! At the end of the appointment, I decided to go ahead and go with these guys and I don’t regret it at all and neither will you! Will definitely recommend Jay’s in the future.

Called Jay’s on a Monday morning with A/C issues. A technician was scheduled to be there early afternoon. Noah arrived and explained what he was going to check on the system. He promptly evaluated the state of the system and gave us feedback. Noah was very friendly, thorough, detailed and professional. One of the “cool” things they did was bring in two portable air conditioners to keep us cool while they ordered parts and installation!!! Noah was professional each time he visited my house. He is knowledgeable but not over confident. We had multiple issues with our unit and he was thorough and explained everything to me!Mo Risheq was also very helpful and professional on the financial aspect of the repairs. He worked with me with financing and was able to come up with an affordable payment plan that worked for me!

These guys were great! The entire team was respectful and thorough. When our heat went out faster than we anticipated, there was no hesitation to move our install up. They even came and delivered space heaters so we would stay warm while we waited. To the entire team, thank you so much!!!!

We had Jay's install a new HVAC system in the house we built earlier this year. Our system is really modern and high tech. We have been very happy with the equipment and staff. Danny has been out here several times to check on things. He's been great and very knowledgeable! So has the rest of the staff. They're very responsive. I definitely recommend Jay's HVAC!

My service tech, Danny, sowed up on time and ready to work. Another great representative from Jay’s. Danny walked me through everything he was going to do and made sure we didn’t have any questions. He was efficient and polite as he performed the job. At completion he walked us through everything he had done and made sure we were satisfied with his performance. He cleaned up any evidence of his work and reminded us if we had any issues with the install, they were only a phone call away.In summation, every person I’ve dealt with at Jays has been great. This is a company that can be trusted to do a quality job. Every employee I’ve dealt with deserves 6 stars rating on a scale of 5 being perfect.

Noah came out today for our annual system maintenance and was very helpful in explaining everything he was checking. He provided great photos of the filter system and assisted me in ordering replacements. As with every other J’s HVAC technician we have met with in the past, Noah went above and beyond to make sure everything with our maintenance was top notch. I’m extremely impressed with Taylor, our HVAC technician. He is knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He honestly went over all of our repair options for our system. I trust his expertise and feel we will not get just a bandaid solution. Taylor is a great role model for young men in the HVAC industry. We now have an informed decision to make thanks to Taylor.

We are so pleased with the exceptional service we were give during the initial meeting, estimate, and installation of our new HVAC system. This company has one of the very best customer service relationships with their customers that we have ever experienced. Every person we spoke with made certain we were fully taken care of by the end of the conversation.
