Adam was great! He came back 3 times to get us all back up and running. He was very professional yet personable. This young man was knowledgeable and professional. he was there all day doing calculations such a thorough job when it was over. We had a water heater about to go out on us and we needed a new hose spigot put in. Sean Connolly was the technician that came out and it was pretty late in the day but he still came by and spent over an hour showing me exactly what needed to be fixed including some things that I didn’t even see. He had loads of patience while I applied for financing and made sure to schedule the service the next available day. Once he came to the house it only took him about 3-3 1/2 hours to put everything in, take photos, take away the old water heater by himself ( that he ended up not being able to drain so I know it was real heavy), insulated the pipes, put in the new spigot, and then showed me every single thing to make sure I was more than good to go once he left. I would recommend Jays %100 percent of the way especially if you have the luck of getting Sean.

I have now had both HVAC and plumbing done through Jays. Jackson and the HVAC team were great despite the complications of my strange house.There were some struggles regarding plumbing however the company was quick to resolve the issue at hand. Adam came out the next day and got everything in order, explained everything clearly, and was super kind.Despite a few hiccups, I still would highly recommend this company. The workers have all been very professional, kind, and upfront. Yes, the prices may seem steep, but you get what you pay for when it comes to house maintenance.

Koby came out to service our systems for their normal annual maintenance. This is our first experience with them since we just had them installed last year and even though we had a bumpy ride in the beginning with Jays, I’m happy to tell potential new Customers that their technical services are superb. Maybe this is just Kobe but yet he does represent the company, glad he was our technician. He was very professional and thorough. I appreciate that I am a finance Auditor.Kobe thank you for being awesome. I was provided with a detailed explanations and pictures. He provided recommendations for some issues that were noticed. We agreed to go with the options provided. It was a pleasant surprise that he had everything he needed to take care of the job right there and then. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don't usually do reviews but I felt I really needed to with them because they are so amazing. I recently moved to a house in Rocky Gap and after moving in we discovered several issues with the house. After looking at reviews, I called Jay's. I didn't have to wait very long to get someone out here and when I did, I was glad I went with them! Adam came out for plumbing and Noah and Jackson came for HVAC - Noah for repairs, Jackson for an estimate on a new system. They all were very kind and knowledgeable. They all presented me with multiple options on solutions to fix the weird situations going on in the house with varies price options. They explained everything in detail and were open and honest about what could be done. While they were all very professional, it also felt like talking to actual people who care and understand how hard house maintenance/life can be and not just people simply doing their jobs. I would give all 3 of these guys 10 stars if I could. If you've got plumbing or hvac issues - call them. You won't regret it!

Noah was a knowledgeable and helpful technician. This review is just for him because I committed to giving him the 5 stars he earned. I wasn’t pleased with Jay’s HVAC in general. I’d give them 1 or 2 stars. Scheduling was difficult and they kept making me feel like they’d come but then put me off again and again. Finally when they confirmed a date and time, I took a half day off work and drove over and drove over an hour to meet them at our rental property. They stood me up and rescheduled for the next day, so I had to again take a half day off to be there. They also wanted to push me into deciding that day whether to replace a mini-split even when I said “I will not be deciding today.” Their business model appears to be to push the sale on the customer. Not uncommon, but I didn’t like it.Oh finally, they asked when my husband could be there so the decision maker would be present. I told them, “I am the decision maker.” My husband has nothing to do with the property so even though I might consult with him on expensive purchases, it annoyed me that Jay’s assumed he would need to be there with me to make a decision on whether to repair or replace a unit.

Absolutely Amazing! Our journey with Jay’s Heating, Air & Plumbing began with a simple conversation with their Technician Noah, he took the time off the clock to explain the services Jay’s provides in detail, he could have told us to call the company for more information. When we called Stephen came out that day and did a fabulous job explaining our options. The next day the most respectful, energetic, and knowledgeable group of guys came out and installed our new system. Josh, Jake, James and CJ were an absolute joy, explained everything in detail and so professional but fun! Chris came out and fixed a water line very polite! Austin came back and discovered an air flow issue, very thorough work. And we can’t forget how sweet Kara is, anytime we call she is wonderful. Our experience with Jay’s has been the BEST! I had an awesome experience with the technician named Noah. He came out and diagnosed the issue with my unit very quickly and explained the issue to me as well as taking multiple pictures of the problem. They gave me a detailed bill and a complete narrative was included so if I didn’t catch all of the details he told me it was on my paperwork to refer to as needed. I wanted to update our review to reflect that our salesperson, Josh Baughman was VERY thorough and we needed a replacement for our upstairs unit today (5.6.24) and he came at exactly the promised time, arranged for our new system to be installed this week and we are super excited yet again to work with a company that cares about us! We love working with Josh because he's straightforward, honest and dependable! (the next part is last year's review) We appreciated that they came out within 24 hours to quote a huge house replacement of ac and furnace. They went over all our options and were helpful, friendly and educational! One of the “cool” things they did was bring in two portable air conditioners to keep us cool while they ordered parts and installation!!! Chris was amazing. He came out same day, looked at our issue, discussed our options and gave us an estimate. We decided to go ahead and fix the issue and Chris stayed until the job was done, which was about 9pm, so we could use our sink. There installers are very knowledgeable and very professional and they even clean up after themselves where as some other companies leave their trash everywhere. Wonderful, polite and knowledgeable. I barely knew they were even there. They left no trace of work being done, so i didnt have to clean up after them and they built a beautiful base for the hvac systems outside. It looks like part of the landscaping! I love it! They even played with my pups. They walked me through the new touch screen thermostats and explained as they showed me the new systems in the house. They are doing a plumbing job for me at another location. I highly recommend this company. They are now my only go too for all my future hvac and plumbing needs. The customer service was excellent when I first called for service, and the follow-up texts and emails kept me updated (great communication). The technician (Maddox Bowman) was professional, polite, friendly, and very detailed. Honestly, not what I was expecting based on my experience with other companies, so I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with the results. I'm a first time home owner,this man was referred to me by a friend after several ridiculous quotes.Jay and his team came in and repaired what was pre existing problems in my home. We made an appointment request on the website Saturday and Jared came out on Monday. It was our first time using Jay's but we will definitely be calling them anytime we need something. He had the truck very well stocked and the one part he didn't have, he was able to get a service manager to bring it out to him instead of having to leave and come back another day-we live about 45 minutes from Mt. Airy. Our unit is 15 years old, but Jared respected our wishes to repair the unit instead of getting a new unit and wasn't pushy trying to sell us a new one. He explained the services needed and the cost very well and answered all of my husband's questions directly instead of just trying to push a sale. He was able to do the repairs quickly and our unit is working great now! Highly recommend giving them a call!

Jackson and Mo showed up on time, were knowledgeable and professional and were awesome!! We had 2 homes and 2 out buildings in need of heat and air solutions. I loved that they listened to what we wanted and needed and didn't try to upsell us to something we don't want. They looked at out priorities for each space and even asked what temperature we keep our areas at.They looked at the spaces we need to hear and cool, measured accurately the whole space, worked with us to get ideas of where we want units to go and discussed options. After getting a few quotes from other companies, I had a couple people recommend Jay’s, so I gave them a call and they came out to give me a quote. I was impressed with how fast they were able to get here, Josh was very professional and super friendly, while he was gathering everything he needed to give me a quote, I got online and looked up some of the reviews.. which were all pretty great! At the end of the appointment, I decided to go ahead and go with these guys and I don’t regret it at all and neither will you! Will definitely recommend Jay’s in the future.

I spoke with Angel when i called and she was wonderful. She made sure I received service ASAP. The tech came and fixed the issue with my AC and was on time. Called Jay’s on a Monday morning with A/C issues. A technician was scheduled to be there early afternoon. Noah arrived and explained what he was going to check on the system. He promptly evaluated the state of the system and gave us feedback. Noah was very friendly, thorough, detailed and professional. He made arrangements for a technician to come by later that afternoon to identify options to solve the issue. Noah is 5 star in my book.Stephen arrived as promised that afternoon. His appearance, presence and presentation made us feel relaxed. He explained the process thoroughly and then went about his tasks. After completing the process, he reviewed the proposals with us. Best plumbing company. No competition. The customer service was some of the best I've ever received from anyone. From the time I called they made me feel valued. The great service didn't stop there. The plumber, Kyle Creese, communicated his arrival efficiently, and showed up right on time. We had a doctor's appointment to make it to today. I let Kyle know this, and he got right to work. We have worked with Jay's Heating and air for the past year, they have installed large A/C units and a pool dehumidifier.Every time we had called and inquired for information they have been spot on. When you make appointments they will text you to let you be aware of their time and location for which they are to do service with you. We appreciated that they came out within 24 hours to quote a huge house replacement of ac and furnace. They went over all our options and were helpful, friendly and educational! One of the “cool” things they did was bring in two portable air conditioners to keep us cool while they ordered parts and installation!!!
