Was excellent in everything he did. Explained clearly and in a concise manner. He was very friendly and I would recommend Caden to all my family and friends. He arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable on our specialized system. He installed an ionizer to our system which eliminates dust and bacteria as we have dogs. It has helped immensely.

It’s best to get 2 or more estimates before you decide on one person opinion. Instead giving option they were trying to sale a new unit costing between 8,000.00 - to over 20,000 dollars when all that was needed was a motor for the outside unit. The cost of the motor was less than 500 dollars. I was never a person who would trust just one persons Diagnosis on repairs. I always get 2 or more quotes. It paid off and my unit is working and I saved thousands of dollars. The best thing that came out of this experience is I now have a person to use from here on out that I can call and trust.

Noah was very thorough in his inspection of our A/C. He explained everything so it was easy to understand and got it working again. Very friendly & personable. A pleasure to work with! Would definitely recommend and will be calling them again for our next service and/or needed repairs for our heating, air & plumbing needs.

My service person was courteous, well knowledgeable and was able to give me a price to resolve my issue with my water, sediment problems. Although I have chose not to go that route at this time.

We had what we thought was a clogged kitchen sink. The reality was so much worse. The plumber we haired to install our plumbing when we setup our home did Gid knows what and ran the kitchen sink to our front yard instead of connecting it to the rest of the system. Q came out, on time, didn't waste time on pointless stuff, diagnosed the issue, but unfortunately didn't have everything he needed to fix it right then. He was here first thing the very next day and did a quality job fixing the pipes the way they should have been jn the first place. He also worked with his supervisor to make sure we got the absolute best deal price wise he could. He was kind and 8 felt very comfortable with him in my home. I'm also confident of the work he did. He showed pictures and videos of the problem and makes sure I understood everything along the way. I can't recommend Jay's enough! They also sent an email with a picture of who was coming before the initial meeting, which only helped the comfort level of having a complete stranger in my home.

Jake and Teddy did a great job with our replacement HVAC install today, keeping us updated and answering all our questions (as did Jake and Austin with a follow-up visit). I'm appreciative of Clayton and Danny's contributions as well. Also need to point out that this whole process started with Kendall who was incredibly comprehensive and thorough with helping get us a quote. We got 7 competitor quotes, and just from interactions with Kendall, and then your install team today, I can tell we made the right choice. Thank you!

Jay has a young man working for him named Noah. This is just amazing, not only was he a day early but gave us a call a half hour before to let us know he was "on the way". He provided a very encompassing service inspection to let us know how our unit was doing, and also sent us pictures of the parts we couldn't easily see. This was not one of those pressure pitches. But Jay's HVAC will definitely get All my HVAC business. They have given me confidence in local professionals!

Jackson was very knowledgeable and thorough with his explanation of all the work that will be performed. He was very professional and a real pleasure to work with. He made sure to ask me if I had any questions and wanted to make sure I would be ok with how they were going to install it. They worked with me on financing the project to my satisfaction. Thank you for a great experience!!
Following up with a technician review. Caleb, Jesus and Kolbe were very professional and courteous and did excellent work installing all 3 units. They worked long hours and made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction.

Top Notch Company ! I am so excited about getting a brand new HVAC 0in my home. Every detail of the Company's years of Excellence is quite impressive.
Koby Clark is extremely knowledgeable about the Customized features I am getting to help me get thru the cold weather in North Western,N.C.winters and A/C in the Summertime. The experience I had was detailed and Computer Technology was applied to my individual needs. I am Reccomending that you get a Free Quote
And decide for yourself. While you decide who will give you a fair price with lots of Warrenties you can't refuse !

Today we met Koby Clark to discuss installation of heat pump system. Our house is 50 years old so presented little bit of challenge. Koby was very knowledgeable, kind and respectful with bit of humor thrown in. We knew very little about heat pumps but he was very patient with us and answered all our questions. He went above and beyond in helping us to decide on right heat pump for our needs and was not pushing in our decision of system to purchase. You can tell he is proud of product he sells and company he works for. Highly recommend. This review is edited on 9/21 I have also worked with technician Drake Bedford. He was one of several technicians who worked tirelessly to install our new system. Knowledgeable, courteous and when part broke he was installing, he notified us immediately and apologized several times. He was quick to accept fault for what happened and provided prompt and free replacement part. I would highly recommend him and give him 5 stars. Josh Taylor was technician that returned to install new part and had our new system up and running in no time. He walked us through use of thermostat and changing of filter. Knowledgeable courteous and friendly. Would recommend him and give him 5 stars.

Levi is awesome ! He’s super friendly, honest and communicated with us throughout-highly recommend.

Wow! We are so thrilled with our system and Caleb, Jesus, and their team were amazing. Installation was timely, clean, and done with attention to detail. They were very thorough in explaining and demonstrating facets of the new system and made sure we felt comfortable with operation before they left. Noah Was great to work with and he’s very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I needed and helped me get my parts replaced. He let me know exactly when he was coming and when he left. I received an email with pictures in a statement of exactly what was replaced and I appreciate his hard work. Great job, Noah

He was absolutely amazing very polite very professional made sure being that I’m not very skilled and knowledge with my system. Being this is the first one I’ve ever owned. He walked me through everything and explain everything so I could understand what was wrong and what was good and so on and so forth Recommend him to anyone call Jay’s heating and air you won’t be sorry
