Noah was incredible! He was diligent and made sure that every one of my concerns were addressed. He set up an estimate for us and even gave us options on replacement parts. Maddox did a great job of taking care of my 6 month service. He cleaned out the drain pipes and made sure everything was in good working order. Maddox was clean, friendly, and very polite. Jay’s gives excellent service.

Koby came out to service our systems for their normal annual maintenance. This is our first experience with them since we just had them installed last year and even though we had a bumpy ride in the beginning with Jays, I’m happy to tell potential new Customers that their technical services are superb. Maybe this is just Kobe but yet he does represent the company, glad he was our technician. He was very professional and thorough. I appreciate that I am a finance Auditor.Kobe thank you for being awesome. I was provided with a detailed explanations and pictures. He provided recommendations for some issues that were noticed. We agreed to go with the options provided. It was a pleasant surprise that he had everything he needed to take care of the job right there and then. A detailed report was provided via email after the job, which is something I have never been provided. Definitely a place you want to call and consider for your next job.Bianca

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don't usually do reviews but I felt I really needed to with them because they are so amazing. I recently moved to a house in Rocky Gap and after moving in we discovered several issues with the house. After looking at reviews, I called Jay's. I didn't have to wait very long to get someone out here and when I did, I was glad I went with them! Adam came out for plumbing and Noah and Jackson came for HVAC - Noah for repairs, Jackson for an estimate on a new system. They all were very kind and knowledgeable. They all presented me with multiple options on solutions to fix the weird situations going on in the house with varies price options. They explained everything in detail and were open and honest about what could be done. While they were all very professional, it also felt like talking to actual people who care and understand how hard house maintenance/life can be and not just people simply doing their jobs. I would give all 3 of these guys 10 stars if I could. If you've got plumbing or hvac issues - call them. You won't regret it!

Noah was a knowledgeable and helpful technician. This review is just for him because I committed to giving him the 5 stars he earned. I wasn’t pleased with Jay’s HVAC in general. I’d give them 1 or 2 stars. Scheduling was difficult and they kept making me feel like they’d come but then put me off again and again. Finally when they confirmed a date and time, I took a half day off work and drove over and drove over an hour to meet them at our rental property. They stood me up and rescheduled for the next day, so I had to again take a half day off to be there. They also wanted to push me into deciding that day whether to replace a mini-split even when I said “I will not be deciding today.” Their business model appears to be to push the sale on the customer. Not uncommon, but I didn’t like it.Oh finally, they asked when my husband could be there so the decision maker would be present. I told them, “I am the decision maker.” My husband has nothing to do with the property so even though I might consult with him on expensive purchases, it annoyed me that Jay’s assumed he would need to be there with me to make a decision on whether to repair or replace a unit.

Really great job installing mini-split. Very professional personnel for consult and the install team. Extremely tidy work and clean installation. There was a minor manufacturer defect with the equipment and they immediately identified it and told me to submit a claim so they could take care of it. Would highly recommend

Great experience with Jay’s Heating Air and Plumbing! Our tech, Noah, was very thorough in his work and took time to diagnose the issue. He offered us multiple estimates and options and explained each very well. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely use Jay’s again! Everything from scheduling the call with the office to receiving the notifications before my appointment to the service call itself was a great experience.

Stephen was great at explaining things to me and answering any questions I had. Super nice guy. Did a great job. The ladies at the office who I talked with on the phone, were very friendly,helpful and pleasant. Caleb and the team were great. Answered any and all questions regardless of how silly the questions were. They did an excellent job.
